You have everything you need.
It's already within you. Are you ready to reclaim it?
It's Time.
Time to feel at peace in your body.
Time to feel confident in your choices
Time to re-establish you as the expert.
Time to reclaim your power as the bold, powerful woman you are.
Welcome to Reclaim Your Body, Rewrite Your Stories where we journey deep to rewrite your personal body narrative with an embodied approach that will reintroduce you to the true expert: you.
Coming Home to Yourself
In the first section of this course we establish a foundation of self-acceptance, self-compassion, and self-trust through embodiment practices, journaling prompts, and inner exploration.
I guide you and provide a safe space for you to begin rewriting your body stories and reclaim the feminine power that has been buried with you.
Nutrient-Dense Nutrition
In the second section we learn how to give our bodies the nutrients and solid foundation for optimal physical wellbeing through a whole foods, plant-based (WFPB) approach to nutrition.
This section returns you to a natural and nourishing way to meet your needs so you feel supported, cared for, and harmonious in your body.
Living Powerfully & Authentically
In the final section, we use the self-awareness and self-trust we established in Part 1 and the knowledge we gained in Part 2 to integrate and build daily practices and routines that support our whole wellbeing - mind, body, and soul.
We also return to our foundation of self-leadership to take the next steps in reclaiming our feminine power.

How long will it take to complete?
Reclaim Your Body, Rewrite Your Stories is self-paced and self-guided so you can do the inner work on the timeline that your lifestyle and stories allow.
This work is not a linear process and there is no singular destination.
I won’t make promises that you’ll achieve results in 2 months or you’ll complete the material in 4 weeks. Your starting point and the journey of your stories is too unique to put a timeline or pressure on.
The world is calling for women to step into their feminine power and lead themselves so that they may live more intuitively, confidently, and vibrantly.
What you need to know
- This course is self-paced - you can work through the modules on your own unique timeline
- You have lifetime access to the content
- You automatically receive all updates and additions made to the course (some are already in the works!)
- Many resources, exercises, and select audio files are available for download so you can access them anywhere any time
- Course progression is not tracked so you can access all the content immediately. It is recommended that you follow the course in the order it's outlined but this is your journey - you lead you!
By the end of Reclaim Your Body you will
· feel confident in making health and nutrition-related choices
· save time consulting others for their opinions and feedback – you’ll trust yourself as the expert of your body knowing you already have the answers within you

· begin on a path to saying goodbye to yo-yo dieting, negative self-talk, and an ‘out there’ mentality (see bullet 2 😉)
· save your energy (and money and time!) chasing unicorns and silver bullets
· embark on a sustainable path to wellbeing that’s empowering and embodied – not defeating and exhausting
Reclaim Your Body is For
The Beginner - the woman ready to crack open, to rekindle her relationship to Self and her body, to take the first step in Reclaiming all she is
The Maiden, the Mother, and the Crone - it's never too early or too late to Reclaim your body and rediscover your feminine power.
Reclaim Your Body is Not For
Healing traumatic experiences - while we touch on trauma and the nuanced experience of being a woman in today's patriarchal society, big T Trauma requires delicate, personalized care in a safe space that is beyond the scope of this course.
Welcome Home
I’m Emma Mulvany, and I guide women back home to themselves. To re-establish self-trust, reclaim their relationship to their body, and empower them to own their intuitive power.
Teaching lights me up! There is nothing more rewarding, fulfilling, and beautiful than witnessing women realize that they already have everything they need within them.
You already hold all the answers - I just provide the tools to unleash them.
I teach my material in a compassionate, supportive, and gentle way that honors your body and path no matter your starting point.
I believe women are far more powerful than we often give ourselves credit for and I'm here to help you believe in your own inner power.
I can't wait to meet, guide, and support you!
After years of chronic health struggles, I dared to wonder, what if what everyone else is telling me about my body isn't true and my experience and what I believe about my body is the truth?
I stayed open to the possibility of a more authentic truth and began accumulating evidence that I do know best and the “truth” that I was told about my body not being good enough, not fitting in, and not being what it ‘should be’ was not only wrong but harmful.
When we allow our voice and our experience to be our truth, we will then know what it is to be free.
To know that we are powerful beyond anything we ever thought possible.
When I reclaimed this power, I experienced peace and beauty even amidst health struggles, adversity, early motherhood challenges, and my continued journey to returning to my true self.
With Reclaim Your Body, Rewrite Your Stories I marry my personal and professional experiences to guide you on your own Reclamation path.

Women Weren't Meant to Walk Alone
As woman we're wired for connection, support, and belonging but for so long it wasn't safe to be our true authentic selves with other women.
Competition. Oppression. Survival.
When we do the work for us - when we allow ourselves to be vulnerable and to show up as our authentic and true selves we signal to other women that it's safe for them as well.
It's safe to be unapologetic about your power, to own your worth, and to be You.
By creating the safety for ourselves we create the safety for other women.
